After being in a plateau for a month (I "freezed" at 150 lbs and it just would not go down), I dropped 3lbs ( a kilo and a half) in ten days! I weighed myself today and I was 147 lbs. I think I have done several things to boost my metabolism:

1.This is my second week with FreeTrainers.com exercise program. Unlike what I have done before, the program makes you work on 3 different parts of the body each time, not as I usually did to train all the body through one session.

2.I reduced even more my calorie intake.Without starving myself,I try to keep it to 1000 Kcal per day...I feel good, full of energy,I train well,so I suppose it is just a right thing to stick to it now.
I increased my protein intake and stopped eating sweet things- candies and baked cakes.

3. I started doing every time 4x25 sets of cable kneeling crunches. The result is amazing for me,nothing has proved so successful for the abs with me so far! My tummy is half gone, the muscles start showing and it looks tighter.

Well, now I know this is the most dangerous moment for me.When I hit a success,I usually tend to drop into euphoria and start lurking aside from the strict rules- eating this and that...and so on...Please give me some advice how to keep these results and continue losing weight! Thanks! Thanks to the site and its stuff,I believe that your fitness program helps me a lot!

Milenaz I'm sorry, but eating 1000 cals a day with you being 5'8" is considered starving yourself. The weight you lost I'm sure was muscle :( not good. Why at your height do you want to be 132 lbs? That seems very low to me.
I have one question, do you think you could live the rest of your life on 1000 cals a day? I just don't see how that is going to be possible. Eventually it is going to catch up with you and your energy will drop through the floor and you'll go on a binge. Every day you stick with 1000 cals you will continue to lose more muscle mass. You need to up your calories at THE very least to 1200 calories, even that is too low.
Have you looked at the recommended calories that the FT nutritional plan gives you? You might want to start there.
The FT workout plan is awesome I've gotten great results with it so far :)
Good luck to you!
