I had currently injuried my knee i tore some cardilage, and due to this i had fallen behind in the weight room catagory and im no longer the starting running back on my team any ideas how to get big and strong fast?? im 5'6 150, Bench 190, squat 315

take things slowly....when you have an injury there's an increased chance for reinjury...your auxillary muscles have gotten weaker... as well...as your primary....when you could not train...

are you tryign to lose weight? yolked usually means to get cut...that simply will mean reducing your daily calories, to drop down in weight...remember to keep your protein high at around 1 g/lb of weight....take a multivitamin...and take creatine with apple juice if you are not taking it...

or are you trying build mass and stay lean?
