I'm 14, and 5'9 and 215 pounds. I'm at a risk of diabetes ( runs in family ) , and i'm fat. I would like to get in shape.
Goal: i want to lose 50 pounds, gain muscle, define my body.
I'm going to be buying a gym membership, but i'm still not sure on what to do reguarding excersises when i get to the gym.
I'm very confused... i don't really know where to start
i'm confused on the fitness program, i've filled out the stuff where do i go from there.???
I need to know how many times to workout a week, what should i do ( cardio and lifting/machines )
this is my 3rd time attempting "working out/Getting in shape" so far it hasn't worked
i really want to lose weight!

i'm also confused and when to eat what..
i have a couple pounds of ISOPURE dutch chocolate LOW card proetin powder in my house. When should i take protein powder?
Also, i have these vitamins called "adult chewables" i'm gonna start taking those.
Well im going to have more questions tommorow, but help is appreciated.

Ozzy, in my experience with gyms, they usually have trainers there who will help design a workout schedule specifically for you. Ask them about that.
Do you have any family members or friends who would be willing to work out with you? It helps to have someone do it with you and keep you accountable.
I don't know anything at all about Isopure dutch chocolate.. or anything about protein powder at all. Hope you find the answers you need, and good luck! :-)
