this is my third year of playing football for highschool, and my coach suddenly said that i should play as a fullback instead of a TE. I have the speed, but i want to improve my hitting, and my coach told me to work on my shoulders.
So do any of you have exercises that will get my shoulders bigger and stronger, i have access to pretty much a whole weight room. Thanks
Military presses sitting and standing, Machine presses, Seated Dbell press, Arnold Presses, front and side lateral raises sitting and standing.
Do them on a day when you do abs or calves.
