Welcome to FT aaron. I read your profile, and with the comments of your teacher and your age. It sounds to me if you are already doing more than most teenagers your age are doing. Stick with what you are doing and dont worry to much just yet as you have plenty of natural growing years left in you. What you could do is to educate yourself with the topics you see yourself doing in the future. If you are interested in running then packing on too much muscle could hinder your speed. Find out what your long term goal is and then look for information with relation to your goal. When you know come back and there are tons of people on here that will have specialised knowledge in the area you choose. Good luck in whatever you choose to do and with the mind set you have at 13 then we might see your name in the Olympics one day. Oh, like the name.
