Hey im 19/m and im 6"0 and 135lbs and what kinda diet do i need to be on? and can u name off some good foods that u dont have to cook?

Hmm immitation crab meat,canned tuna,salmon,herring. Cheese cubes,tyson southwest chicken strips. There are so many lol

What do you mean you don't like anything on that list???
What are your goals, what do you mean what kind of diet?
A good, balanced nutrtional program includes lean protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats.
Do some searching, there are many posts on this topic.

look up grocery list for a bodybuilder inexpensive nutrition and a protein primer seperatley in fit buddy at the bottom of your screen.
i believe they are all in the nutrtion forum.
