Okay, i am new to this site and this is my first diet. I like to excercise whenever i can but whenever i know that i should excercise i always put it off and then i never end up excersing! thats the same with my foods. so i always end up eating the wrong foods! i want to eat 5 or 6 meals a day but i don't no what is healthy to eat! Someone please help! Thanks
