Hey, I need help with making my 3 day program. I have read different things and this is was I have

Day1
Chest/Back
Day3
Legs/Abs
Day5
Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's

I'm sure that I have it back, but you get the ideal of what I'm asking.

Why dont you fill out a profile,and click on Fitness Plan...where it will set up a fitness plan for you based on your goals
