I have a question about two weeks ago i had a nose surgery and I haven't been able to go to work out for about two week this monday I want to start going to workout however my 8 weeks plan has been completed and a new plan is created for me starting this monday. but I feel like that I should not start on new plan but go back and finish off that two weeks what do you guys think ?
well am not that big expert in true sense , but i feel u should go but i think u should go and finish that 2 week plan , so that when u move on to the new plan , u're body's back in swing for taking the level of workout needed for it coz u have taken a rest of 2 weeks . so i might suggest u go for the two weeks plan before starting this new one in which case u will see the results expected .
