I'm 14 years old and i have been lifting weights since October of '03. I've seen alot of improvement in size in my arms and my legs, but my chest doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. My bench press has increased 70 lbs but still there has been little improvement in size. So if there is anyone out there with a chest building routine would they please reply. THANKS
