I chose the intermediate progressive gains and the 12 week ab program.
My 1st 8 weeks I think I seen some results but not much. Plus my diet was wayyyy off Im a pig and I really dont have a way of fixing that being a college student in a dorm and no money to buy any special foods just what the school supplies. I started out at 154 I am now 158-160 it flucuates.
Im hoping this 8 weeks will do me alot better I was only working out 3 times a week but I switched it up to 5 so I would stay motivated and would be less time consuming (about 1/2 hour a day compared to the usual 1 hour or so)
before each workout I will continue to ride the exercise bike for 2-5 minutes at a mild rate before the workout and a slow rate for 2-5 minutes after the workout.
On my 2 off days I will try to get about 15 minutes of cardio in either cycling or hitting the heavy bag in the gym. (Just enough to keep the fat off and bring on the muscle)
Im hoping to stay motivated and gain some pretty good results.
