I would put in a '0'. The reason? Well, if your bodyweight changes up or down, you won't get an accurate measurement.

If you decide to add weight to the movement, put that weight in there.

I have a question that no other board seems to answer so as a last resort I'll post it here.
I'm doing a program to get in shape, but you know where it asks you to put the weight in next to the number of reps? What should I put in the pushup column? Should I put in my own weight because I'm lifting myself? Or should I leave it blank?
