I know these are stupid questions, but I am so new, I dont even know the answers for these :(
1. What are sets?
2. What are repetitions
3. What are input repetitions
4. What are input weights used?
5. If Im right that sets are the numbers that tell you what order you do them, then do you have to do 1 set, stretch, 2 set, stretch, etc.
6. Could you do (if you follow the chart they give you with your own plan), first one thing from the first chart, then stretch, then one thing from the other chart, stretch, etc...
