About half a year ago i lost about 20 pounds. This was a good thing, but it also made me weaker, i went from lifting 180 2 reps to about 150 2 reps. And i weighed about 173 at this time. Eventually i failed and now im at about 202. But i can benchpress 200. So how can i lose weight and still be able to benchpress 200. Im 14, 5'10. I guess thats everything, all advice is highly appreciated.:big_smile:
