I'm sure that you have heard this before but it bears repeating, You have to eat more calories than you burn. Not only is the quantity of food important but also the quality as well. Load up on good, clean foods. Search the boards for suggestions. Find the 'bodybuilders grocery list' and stick to those types of foods. Also as soon as your coach opens the weight room, be first in and last out. Better yet don't wait till then, start now. Focus on the compound lifts-squats, presses, deadlifts, etc. Be consistent and you'll gain. Good Luck
