Hi, Im 19 and im currently 130, aiming for 113 pounds. I'm 5'5
I have a cross trainer at home and use it roughly twice a week now, as im waiting for a running macchine. I also walk, do crunches etc and dance.
for my thriod, Im on a quite high dosage and have it checked reguly. I avoid high fat foods, and have a very good vegetrain diet. my fat intake is 27g a day, and 1,350 calories.
What are the best exercise i can do for my problem? and how much in a week? does anyone have any pointers to help me?
