Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I was wondering if you can combine hydroxycut and creatine at the same time, and if the results are good.

One is a volumizer and one is a fat burner. What are your goals? I can't see the two working together. Save your $$ and buy a good CD instead. Eat helthy food and train hard!

My goals is to increase muscle size but also decrease fat, in order to get muscle definition, six pack etx. Right know I am 136 pounds and 5.7 feet tall, and about 8.5% fat but I have little muscle definition. I was planning on eating lots of proteins, and water, and at the same time take hydroxycut to lower my BF, and creatine to increase volume. will that work ?

at that weight and body fat.....I'd just try and put on some good solid weight....you have...about 11-13lbs of fat on your body right now.....your not gonna loose much.

If you build some good quaility muscle....maybe them abbs will show up? Maybe its not your body fat %....but the under devoloped muscle you have?

Eat a sandwich....

Look at your diet, Protein, Carbs and good fats. These two supplements won't give you what you are looking for unless you have reached a long held plateau.
8.5% or lower isn't healthy unless you are going to contest. Put on some weight (muscle) with good food and train hard. Get some protein powder instead if you can't meat your calorie requirements for protein.

Ok thanks for all the replies, this is what I decided, let me know what you think. This is what I've been doing:
3 scoops of GNC whey pro dayly
2 Scoops of Cell-tech creatine on workout days, 1 on non.
2 GNC men sport dietary supplement.
and Ill add 2 homemade sandwiches, bread, 2 slices of roastbeef and 2 of swiss cheese, 1 like at 11 and the other like at 4. Rest just keep eating what ive been eating.
Ill keep doing this for the next 2 months, ive already trained for about 2, afterwards, before I go to the beach I will like to drop my bf way down, just wondering what pros do before they compete, maybe I can do something similar.
Thanks again

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!
