How do I lose inches rather than weight? I think i'm at a good weight now, but how do I lose the excess inches?

Eat a good clean diet , resistance training, will do it!

Put on more lean muscle mass and loose the fat and you'll keep the same weight but look ten times better!! (o; Do a seach and you'll find great stuff!

Nina is right. Muscle weighs more but is lower mass than fat, so you are gonna have to replace the fat with muscle.

My name is Zoe Reynolds and i am 15 years old , i currenty weigh 150lbs
and my bodyfat% is 27% , my waist is 39 inches , i would really like to
lose wight and am willing to do anything it takes , the only problem is ,
i love junk food and i have no excess to any kind of gym , i have a
treadmill bike thing , but that is it , i have dieted for 4 days now and onyl
eaten one chocaletey thing and my famiyl are chocoholics so i have
resisted for a long time , i wondered if you could help me out in anyway
by telling me your diet and excersise plan for loosing weight or any tips
i may find handy , i would appreciate any help you can offer me as i am
new and very desperate

Zoe,
I would ask your family to hide the goodies. I live at home and ask my Mother to do that. So I don't know if any m&m's are in the house. :)
Walking is great exercise. If you can walk about 30 minutes for about 3-4 times a week, I am sure you will lose the weight.
