How to keep motivation!

Iam 28 I work 40+ hours a week I have a 10, 4 and 1 year old Iam single and I weigh 234.5lbs. I want to work out and eat healthy and I can do really good for a few weeks and then I lose motivation! How can I keep motivation?

My advice is look at your kids and think what they would do if you got ill due to weight and or died from it.

I found motivation in how good I feel after I work out. That positive attitude I get as a result of knowing I've given it my very best. Also the knowledge that exercise is good for me and makes me more attractive to the opposite sex.
That said, it's easy to lose motivation when results don't seem to be happening, or aren't happening fast enough to meet expectations. It's helpful to set challenging yet realistic goals based on your own ability, and not comparing yourself to others. I hope this helps somewhat.
