for sure, ABS ARE THE TOUGHEST TO BUILD AND TONE of all muscle group. we need to put an extra effort with a perfect cardio, resistance training and especially the perfect nutrition.
i also have that kind of problem and really want that 6 packs.

I had this belly fat...... its been 3 weeks started working out. i am doing lots of ..........
a) Tredmil walking/jogging b) Stepper (fat burning option) c) cross trainer ( fat burning option)
for Abdominals :- a) ab roller crunch b) crunches
for obliques:- a) twisting crunches b) oblique crunch on hyperextension platform
i am seeing a lot of difference now..... i have started loosing and burning those fat..... i use to have this gunny bag look when i see myself sideways in the mirror....and now in 3 weeks that is straightening..... and feel good abt it..... i might be doing something right with my above workout plan along with lots of weight training too to see the change....... as for the diet...well not sure...i just reducedwhat i use to eat..... pls can anyone suggest a better diet plan ??
