Fit wall

    A good workout is one that keeps your body guessing. By working different muscle groups on different days keeps your muscle from "memorizing" and becoming easier. Its not a bad thing to take an easy day or a day off, your body always needs rest. A new workout keeps not only your muscles guessing but keeps you from getting into a boring routine & possibly losing motivation.
