Hey, I'm 15, 5'9, and 137lbs. I want to get a build similar to Vin Diesel's. He is 6'2 and 220lbs. If anyone could give me an analysis on his body, what muscles to work, what exercises to do and maybe even what courses to select on this site I would greatly appreciate it. I'm new to the bodybuilding thing so please have patients with me.:)

Ct,
Tell us a little more about yourself. Do you play any sports? Have you in the past? That may be the best way to get started down that path at 15. However, that aside the path is simply stated and difficult to follow. Start by picking one of the weight routines here on FT and stick to it. Eat clean, lift hard and work towards your goals. At 15 I would tend to lean towards one of the progressive gain plans for a while and then if you are stronger and seeing results go to the pro side of the site and try the mass program. Other than that, there is no magic bullet, but with hard work you will get there.

I play many sports, Hockey, Soccer, Mountain Biking, swimming, motocross. I am thinking of the mass program but one thing has me questioning.. does lifting weights stunt your growth? I'm sure a little won't but the mass program requires the big weights, less reps... does anyone know the answer to this question?

i started iftin when i was 15 im 17 now and it didnt stunt my growth at all. if i was you i wouldnt just start lifting with really heavy weights start light for awhile with reps of 10 or 8 and when u get a little bigger and stronger start with heavier weights, i just cant see some1 who weights 137 power lifting. just eat lots of protein and work hard everytime u lift
