I want to be is great shape, to improve my respiratory sustem, my cardio system, increase my energy etc. I want to be in shape like pro athletes or fighters (soccer, boxers, MMA)... but I'm not sure what kind of cardio I need (I've got the weight lifting down), how often and how long etc.
