How to Enter weights?

Hi,I just wanted to know the proper way to enter the weights.Should I enter Left + right or just the weight in one hand,for the exercise plan..

I beleive that if you are lifting 20lb dumbells in each hand 15 times for first set, then 25lb second set, 30lb third set 35lb last set you would enter.
15 reps 20 lb
13 reps 25 lb
11 reps 30 lb
09 reps 35 lb
It would be assumed that it was done on each side as it should be. The above is just an example reps and weights vary.

Of course, the reality is that you can enter whatever you wish, so long as you keep it constant. Remeber, you enter the weight to keep track of your progress.
