I'm just starting a new program (the leaning/toning program), and looking through the exercise instructions, I found that there are no pictures for the Underhand Cable Rows exercise. The description itself doesn't do it for me ... can someone tell me where I can find some good pictures (or even a video!) of this exercise?
Simply sit down, grab a small bar connected to the lower cable of a machine (underhand grip = palms facing up), keep your legs straight, lean forward and grab the bar. Pull it back until your back is 90deg to the ground. While you are doing this also pull the bar toward you with your arms.
