I'm 41.999 but I don't consider myself to be old. People I work with say I look great "for my age" and "what's my secret". It's no secret - Trade in your couch for a set of dumbells!

Then they say - "ya - that's what I need to do". Then they drag their 25 year old bodies home and do nothing until the weekend when they abuse themselves with booze and no sleep for 2 days. Then the whole cycle starts over again.

I could run circles around these couch potatoes that are half my age!

Hi sunnyjack. I sure hope you didn't sit down with a calculator to figure exactaly how old you are. If so, then I gotta say that you need more hobbies:) But I have to agree with you on the other points. People sometimes want what they aren't ready or willing to work for. It's not a matter of "You're only as old as you feel." but rather you're only as old as you allow yourself to get. Habits dictate how fast you age (genetics aside that is.) Stay strong, positive and focused.Peace!

Old is only how you feel. Some folks are old at the age of 20 because of their mental outlook towards life. Then there are some of us who take it as a compliment that we have trouble growing up.If that means that at the age of 47 I'm supposed to stop playing baseball in league, stop riding my Harley, slow down the number of days on the tennis court, then the hell with them. Meditate, recreate, procreate, the mighty three.

I like the mighty three Skylar. Props to you. I'm only 24, but I think I have the mind of a five year old. I have the best times with my two and a half year old son. That says alot.

Wow how wonderful that you are being so young. I have a friend the same age and she calls me young. But she told me several years back that I should start getting active so I can live a more fulfilled life. I'll be 28 soon.

Ha! I guess I'm one of those 25 year old couch potatoes! Except that I'm 26 :). Hopefully I'll keep up with this getting healthy stuff so that I will live to see 41.99999!

I'm 41.999 also but don't look or feel it. Ft has helped me to achieve that. It's true, your outlook on life, faith, good food, healthy lifestyle all contribute. I've seen 30 year olds that look 50!! Keep up the training!! Stay young.

Dirt is old, rusty cars can be old, the rest you can take
care of.
