With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I was wondering how often you can run? I dont want to strain my body or anything. I know that when you lift weights you have to allow 48 hours for your muscles to recover. Is there a time-frame when it comes to running.
I guess that depends on your overall fitness shape....... Right now I weight train 3-4 times a week, give classes 7 times and run 4-5 times as well.
Feel your body, if it's tired and needs time to recover then let it.
Another important thing is to get the right nutrition.
