How do I decide how what weight I should be using for the lean and weight lose plan. I know its high reps so I should be using less weight but how would I calculate the proper weight per exercise or choose one based on previous data? - Bender

I am not exactly sure how you would calculate it.

If you are just starting out then start with something light, something that you know you can do for however many reps. If you are able to get all of your reps then up the weight next time around.

I guess that makes since that if you can do those reps with a set weight that you should weight up however sometimes that decreases what I can do for another exercise. If I go up in weight for the inclined flyes then I cant do that many reps as I could before on the flat bench press...its tricky
