Being overweight is a common trait these days and there is not enough help out there. Find out how you can shed those pounds and improve yourself from within.
:(:(:(I joined the gym one month ago and so far I have only missed two days I do 60 mins on the tredmill and 30 mins of cardio in the form of circut training. I am not seeing the results that I would like to see! Can someone please tell me how many fat grams and calories I should consume? I am 24 yrs old and 5'9" and weigh 325 lbs. Thanks to anyone who can help me!
You may want to adjust your "circuit" training to be more geared to actual weight lifting rather than cardio burning since you are already doing a good amount of cardio. At the initial weight loss stages we are often encouraged to hit the cardio hard for quicker weight loss, but this often times means compromising muscle, you want to build up the muscle and lose as little of it as possible since more muscle will burn more calories! Try the beginning weight training sessions suggested on FT, it has given people great results and it is FREE! Good luck to you and keep coming back!
