Yes..but I would center workouts around lifts rather than bodyparts...slightly different thinking ...but will generally get you further...and big lifts...think of different movements....which involve a lot of muscles then think how you could go about doing them in the gym.....life is about movement patterns/movements....not body parts/muscles...
so that Chest/Shoulders....would be Military Presses and Dips
