I really want to put on some serious muscle mass, but i also want to get that extra stregnth, i do a set of 10x10x8x5x5x5 for squats and then 8x5x5x5 leg extensions, 8x5x5x5 leg curls, 10x6x6x6 lunges for legs is that too much or not enought, i'll do hat twice a week heavy as possible.
For upper body Bench 10x10x6x5x5x5x5, lat pull downs wide and narrow grip 10x8x5x5 for each, bent over rows 8x6x6, and on my other bench days i'll do shoulders, shrugs 10x8x6x6, military press 10x8x5x5x5 enough too much??
