how many exercises?

let's say today is my chest and shoulders day... how many exercises of each should i do? and should i do my chest exercieses consecutively or do a chest exerciese and then a shoulder exerciese and repeat or do super-sets (set of chest following by a set of shoulder, repeat twice or three times)?

currently this is my workout:
Bench press (chest): 4 sets
Incline lower-trap raise (shoulders): 4 sets
Dumbbell press (chest): 4 sets
Front dumbbell raise (shoulders): 4 sets
Butterfly (chest): 4 sets
Seated Dumbbell Press (shoulders): 4 sets

is this good?
