Hey guys i was wondering when the nutritional thing was going to be fixed. I'm trying to lose fat and gain lean muscle. I'm doing the Weight Loss and Definition training program. If anyone can help please tell me what kinda numbers i'm looking at here. Thanks for the help in advance.

Yes, as many crabs as you can eat, every day!!!
I don't know what your intake is/was, so I can't tell you how much to eat to cut.

HAHAHAHA alright enough with the crabs stuff u guys know i meant carbs so ya i was taking in a little over 2000 cals about 200 protein and carbs and around 40 grams of fat

So, if you went 50/30/20 P/C/F, it would be 250g pro, 150g CHO (complex), and 44g fat... Pretty close to what you were doing for protein and fat, so now figure out how much you can eat with that carb allowance (lots of vegetables, some oatmeal and brown rice) and you should get leaner....)
Is 2000 calories enough for you?
