Hello, I recently found this site(About thursday I beileve) I am 15 years old, I am not anorexic, yet I consider myself on the chunky side, I am 5'6 and 125lbs(112 pounds in season). I am a Wrestler, and honestly dont believe I am strong enough, my bench max is just shy of the 225 mark, I am stronger than most people my size, but not strong enough for myself, I was wondering if It would be possible to knock my max up to about the 400 pound mark? Monday I start my program designed by FreeTrainers, I will also be taking teh following supplements: Hydroxycut, NITRO-Tech, and CELL-Tech, and Acetabolain-II. If I can get to the strength I am looking for how long would it generally take? Also I was wondering of the program designed may be intense enough, I do believe I am a fairly experienced weight-lifter so I put down the Expert option, I believe, and for some odd reason it only gives me 2-3 excersises a day could someone please answer all of my questions?

Well the workouts ft gives you is mostly to help you along w/ bodybuilding (size and shape?).. you should increase in strength and so on but you might want to look into a powerlifting program instead of a bodybuilding program if all your trying to do is increase your one rep max benching... but.. BUT.. for wrestling you might not want to focus on a bodybuilding routine (although it can help you a lot)... you could try building up things like calves, back, and grip strength...
Read some articles you might find around the net.. here is an example I found quickly on bodybuilding.com:

hope that helps... maybe just a little if nothing at all =/

You are right, although, I have not yet found a good way to develop grip strength, any suggestions?

There were some ideas I think in those links I posted but if you need more examples you goto:
http://www.abcbodybuilding.com
On the top menu select 'Exercises' then 'Forearm Exercises'. There should be various exercises listed out of them that help build up some grip strength like a rope pull Olympic plate hand squeeze and farmers walk.. browse around...

Also, since your goal is to increase your bench max almost double, you will have to gain mass. Therefore, the Hydroxycut will be counterproductive. And, at 15, you shouldn't need any type of testosterone booster like Acetabolan II...your body should be producing a lot on its own. The Nitro alone should be enough. I would advise against the use of Cell-Tech (at least at your current age) as it contains creatine.
Good luck!
