hello, im new to this wenbsite and need to lose 14pounds to get to my ideal weight, im 5'2 and 140pounds, im a little overweight,and would like to know how long i should spend in the gym and how often,to lose 14pounds and how long it would take me combined with a calorie controlled diet of 1.200 calories a day. reply asap fanx
