I was wondering how long a productive work out should last sometimes i feel it went too quick? also I had found something about how many calories and how much water i should drink and just wondered if anyone had any answers. I am 5'7" 145-150 trying to get down to 120-125 i work out 4-5 days a week and am trying to stay under 2000 cal. I have done the diet on here but i am trying to stay a bit lower than what was recommended
Thanks for your help

Well it all depends on how long and how new you are to work outs, weight training should last no more than an hour if possible......on some days that last about 1 15min for me just on leg days though, cardio can be from 30 to 45 mins, so all in all try to keep cardio and weight traing under 1 hr and half ideally......bu since your trying to burn calories, you can up the cardio a lil bit. In my opinion i don't think you should work out 5 days a week. However, do you concider working out cardio? Do you weight train 3 days a week with 15 mins of cardio, and 2 days of 45mins of cardio or what? Don't do to much at one time, getting rid of fat is a long process. Now on to the fat burners, i am iffy on that hydroxy cut to me made me sweat more and gave me more engery, although I dunno if it actully "burned" more fat or not. Ask you doc 1st though, if you have any kinda heart mermer or high blood pressure I would stay away from them. But keep at it and good luck!
