It looks like your close, What is your diet right now? also once you start to get down low in BF% it gets harder to drop more. not like going from 20-14% which can be done easier than going from 14-10. If you continue to loose weight and still see no abs and your diet is perfect it could be that your ab muscles just aren't built up enough and at your age you have plenty of time so i wouldn't fret about it. one more note abs have absolutely everything to do with your diet not a pretty good diet but an excellent diet.

I eat no sugars no white flour, about 5 meals a day always with a protein item, all my carbohydrates before noon. an average meal would be stir fry with chicken, or a steak with veggies, maybe and ommellete in the morning with some oatmeal. snacks are usually chicken wings or a fruit shake with protein powder.

usually around 2 O'clock and post workout whether it be cardio or lifting I drink a fruit shake around 5 strawberries and a little bit of peaches/mango combo. ummm my calorie intake .....I don't really know for sure if I'd have to guess it would be around 2600....now maybe thats a bit high but im also growing right now in the past 3-6 months ive grown a third of an inch...so i probably need a few more calories then normal.

it's a good idea to spread out your carbs, taking in most of them in the form of complex carbs....and simple carbs post workout with protein...keep lifting hard...trying to progress in terms of crunches , etc....and keep up in your cardio...it will take you a few months....some people will need to be around 5% to show good ab definition...although others show good ab definition at 5-8%

Don't forget to work your abs with weight resistance, they're a muscle just like any other. Pick up some dextrose and maltodextrin for your post workout shake. This will give you an insulin spike after your work out thus getting the protein and other nutrients to your muscle quickly after a workout shuttu=ing down the cortisal output in your body. Until then you could have a piece of fruit with your protein shake after a workout. But try to have this asap after a workout.

but to be honest man....I hope your not wanting a six pack like the "pros" have........genetics will play weither you can have a six pack or not.You can have 8% body fat.....but your six pack might only be a outline......its not cause of body fat, but just cause theats the way your muscles are.

Just give it time

It makes me sad to hear all of the aspiring six packers saying they do 60 crunches a day, or 100 crunches a day, or 1000 but they don't see their abs. First of all, that's not a good way to train your abs. Society has done a good job of lying to you about feeling the burn and more repititions is the key to definition. Train your abs with resistance just like all of these guys said, your goal is to break down the muscle, not feel a burn because of acid. And even if you do all of that and have a clean diet and have 8% body fat, you're not guaranteed to see them. Genetics plays a huge role. And I'm not tryin to be a dick or know it all or sound like I'm mad, but there's so many confused ppl out there when it comes to this. And everybody wants abs nowadays, so I think one of the moderators should make a sticky about abs for all of these people who have been misguided or just want to know, because there has to be a thousand posts on this site asking how to get a six pack.
