Not talking about manufactured muscle from pills and liquids and stuff like that. Naturally how much muscle can be built within a months time? I know it varies between each person? My body now I wouldnt say is Toned or anything like that because I have been lifting now for a short period. But I would like to put on 25 pounds of muscle within the next 12 months making me around 175. I weight around 150-60 (my weight fluxuates). I am cleaning up my diet by not eating red meats and grabbing vegetables and fruits for snacks and drinking whey protein shakes (about 50-60 grams per drink) Im only drinking one a day even on my off workout days. If anyone has these answers please help me out. Thanks
