It would be far easier to tale pre made pretein to work as i dont really have any facilities at work, so i was wondering if there is a limit to how early you can make it up & store, i generally just have whey protein with water
well, yeah ...was a little weird though .I tried that last week and my protein clumped very badly...a little unsure if it was the water itself or perhaps the temperature (very cold)so i am kinda looking for an altrnative
