Hi,

Quick question... I doneloaded all my workout for a week and follwoing per instructions. How do I kow I'm doing htis correct. I'm sore at that body part for example if i do legs today I'm on legs tomorrow and if I do shoulders I'm sore at shoulders..is that a good way to know that I'm doing right?

let me know if any other way.

Use the mirror when working out. This way you can see if anything doesn't look natural when lifting. I was sore the first couple weeks from lifting. If you are really sore you might be using to much weight. You do not have to start off at 300 lbs. Make sure the weight is challenging, but not exceeding your limit. Soreness is not necessarily a bad thing it shows that you are using the correct muscles. You can usually power through soreness by doing some cardio before your workout. I hope that helps.
