I work out the rest of my body just as hard as I do my thighs (at least I feel like I do). But the next day my quads always hurt like hell. I don't get this much soreness with my chest, back, arms, calves, or hamstrings, just my quads. Why is that?
That might just be a physically weaker muscle and it get ssore easy and its trying to catch up......legs are easy to train cause you know the range of motion well. I would say look at your form of other body parts and see if it is proper. Lots of people i see doing cable flys and bench press aren't doing it right, same with barbell rows. Really look at your form and see if its right, and you using all the muscle potential.
