i was told to use baby oil befor i lifted. I was told to rub baby oil all over the places that i was going to be working, and over the places with stretchmarks, or you could try liquid vitamin e.
this is what i was told to do, try it at your own risk

strech marks are my nightmare, and working out doesnt get rid of them.they do fade a go white after a long while. but I rate your best bet to get rid of it is to use this stuff called bio oil...in 3 weeks it will be pratically gone.also if you are really serious take primrose oil capsules those also help prevent and fade strech marks

Something which is very good for removing both strech marks and scars is pure vitamin 'E' oil. It is not very expensive, you just rub a 'small' amount on in the morning and at night, and after a few weeks they will begin to fade and eventually will disappear. Also, coconut oil and vitamin 'E' in equal amounts is good for removing streach marks.
