:)i m female, 5'4 and 140.8 lbs. i used to be very active and can consider myself as an athelete before this. i have a great body before as i exercise everyday. anyhow, since 3-4 years back, i hardly go exercising like i use to. now i just started to exercise again by swimming and walking. how can i have a slimmer thigh and slimmer calves .i have a broad shoulders as well:surprised: hope to get great advise ! thanks a lot!

Welcome therapy. As most will say here, weight training is the ebst route, along with a good clean diet. Take some time and read the stickys and that will go along way in getting you started down the right path.
