how can i measure my chest size?

if i go all the way around thats not just my chest right ? thats my back and sides too but i only want to figure out that how can i find out how big my chest is to see how fast am i growin....

Hey sean,

actually.. that is the way to measure your chest. Stand straight.. place the tape under your arms.. DO NOT inhale.. simply stand relaxed - measure.

IF you want.. you can measure from under your arms.. only the front part - chest area. Just make sure you do it from the same area.
