how can i lose my belly fat?

hi im 25yrs old i have no kids, i am very active. i have many health problems with my stomach,i have tried sit ups but it hurts my lower back. i have tried going to the gym and running,i even stoped eating. but cant go without food. i have tried diets all typs of excirses nothing has worked for my belly fat. my weight it 123bls. my thighs and belly i cant seam to get rid of. what should i do??:(

Never stop eating! as often said on here itys more about having a clean diet than the amount of crunches you do. you need to have 6 clean meals a day and water water water!. cardio and weights would be good too.

Hi there, I am by no means an expert and can only give advise on what has worked for me. I agree with the above statement about water, water, water. Probably about 3 litres a day with you being so active. I ate mainly protein based meals with veggies etc and did not eat carbs after 5pm. This really helped me with bloating etc.... I also know a lady at the gym I attend who did not have a pound to loose, but as she was due to get married she completely changed her cardio routine from running most mornings to jump rope training and interval sessions.
