For the ab program the first week I used weights off my home gym but the gym is now put together so I can't use those. What around the house could I use for situps thats arounds 25 pounds?
If you want to invest just a little amount of money...get an army duffle bag and throw in some sand...or just buy some sandbags...those can also be used to work other muscles as well due to their akward shape...a microwave could work lol...
