On monday I did my back and bicep exercises and I was sick afterwards and threw up (guess I worked myself to the max) but my back and my thighs are really sore it is pretty painful to do anything. Did I not keep correct form or what? How can I relieve the pain. My thighs hurt when I walk and my back hurts when I twist.

If its not a sharp *ouch* bad pain, but a stiff tired pain then don't worry about it. Your muscles are sore from being worked so hard. I get sore all the time, especially in the legs.

Theres not much you can do except stretch and rest. Oh, and eat. Take a break, or workout something that doesn't use any of the sore muscles.

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

Hmmm...your thighs should not hurt from doing back & bis. This may be due to bad form.

Wait, am I reading this right? You didn't work-out your thighs and they are sore? What did you do?

well I was doing deadlifts and t-bar rows for deadlifts as you know you squat down. I was squatting much further then I do when I do regular squats which leaves me to believe why my thighs are so sore. I lifted much more then I usually do for my lifts. I did my regular my workout today (chest/triceps) and while I was working out I never pained much attention to the pain but when im busy I kind of signal it out but when im walking around or get up or something boom pain kicks in.

long as the pain is in the muscle and not the joints you should be ok
