I am 65, not 25, and have NEVER been able to do pushups. Also the 'back dips' are beyond my ability. I have yet to be able to find the option to let me 'swap exercises'. The exercise plan selected for me does not take into consideration my age and limitations. Please, give a granny a break and some advise.
