Hi, I've been trying to do research on the net to find out what the best hiit routine would be, but I'm having a lot of trouble, I'm finding so many different ideas. When it comes to trying to burn fat, does anyone know a good routine, or a good site that has one on it?
I do a simple HIIT routine for the treadmill that seems to work well for me. I generally start a fast paced walk for two minutes and increase and jump up to about an 80% run for a minute then down to about 60% for 2 minutes and up for 1...etc....I don't know if a specific interval is necessary but generally doing 2 minutes of a slower pace then 1 minute of a high intensity pace works for me and you can see the difference just by the sweatstains on your shirt...let me know if that helps
