Jeepin951 go the top of the page where you find Nurition Resources and the go to Nutrition ft Tools and then to Related Articles and you will find a whole article about it there. I just learned about it for the first time this after noon. I'm not sure if there is a faster way to get to it, that's how I found it.

high intensity training is- hit.... the older you get the more this can change in the meaning. high intensity is basically heavy weight, short rest breaks (1 min) and 8 to 12 reps for 3 to 5 sets... so an old 'un like me may dwell on thoughts of saving cartilage damage etc... So I may make hit to mean- lower weights, taking 2 secs on contraction, 4 secs on the negative and keep the reps etc the same... and only do what you enjoy, over time, you will get involved with 'new' things
